The location was unbeatable, right next to a funeral chapel. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied.

The location was very good near good bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance to shops and the cathederal. The bus from the airport is 3 euros and stops at the cathederal then a 5-10 minute walk to hotel but not easy to find. We were given a lovely big room - 302
The hotel is very good value for money but no breakfast available. Can find lots of places nearby though for breakfast. There can be noise in the hotel from the street but this wasn`t such a problem. The walls are very thin and you can hear shower etc. from adjoining rooms.

The location is wonderful, in the heart of the city where all the commerce and restoration is located. It is 5 minutes away from the bus stops that used to take you to the Alhambra or the Albaicin quarter. The Paseo de los Tristes area can be reached perfectly by walking, as it is all very close. The treatment of the personnel was of 10. Super pleasant, as soon as they arrived they gave us advices about places to go and recommendations about the visit to the Alhambra that a tourist who comes from the first time does not know completely. The room was clean, very comfortable, and we were lucky enough to be accommodated in one where we had a small balcony where we were in luxury at night. No doubt, we would repeat in case we came back.
0 complaints about the hotel. Just let people know that you plan to go to Granada and especially to the center. Be very careful because the whole centre and Albaicin area is restricted to traffic but they do not warn you anywhere. We found out by chance the afternoon before we went and were able to get away with it by parking in a car park outside these streets. If you search on the internet, people get a surprise in the form of fines after months and a trip to a beautiful city can become a chore.

I loved how close the hotel was to everything, and the clean, cozy room. WiFi worked great too! Plus, the nearby Carrefour was convenient for snacks.

Excellent location for shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Relatively little noise disturbance for such a central location. Appeared to have been recently refurbished and standard of cleanliness excellent.

The front desk team was friendly, assisting me efficiently in English and providing valuable insights about local attractions and transport options. The double room I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean, contributing to a comfortable work environment. Its central location made it easy to access conference venues and local amenities.
Nothing to criticize .

Very close to the centre, clean room, polite, helpful and friendly staff. Quiet location.
I think the walls and floors seemed a bit thin as our neighbouring guests were a bit noisy, but only for a short time. Not really the hotel's fault.

The location was very central and the room was large, comfortable and very clean.
I missed tea or coffee making facilities but suppose this is not done much in Spain. I did not have to go far to find a cafe.

The location of the hotel is excellent, its a 5 minute walk to the city, close to decent restaurants. Close to the Alhambra bus and has a 24 hour shop close by. Sacromonte is easily accesible by a car and the hotel itself is a delight to stay in.
The short and rather round male receptionist cant speak english. The only word he used was no comprende. After a while it became a little annoying.

the bed cover did not look clean and the staff has been unwelcoming since the check in moment: not a smile nor a kind thanks but rushed words as if we were a nuisance.
